Are your most frequented websites for personal or work use saved as favorites in your browser?
Rename documents so you know exactly what they are
Organize all work and personal documents into folders
Delete your downloads
Check for & install computer updates

Turn off social media notifications
Delete or put timers/blockers on apps that are distracting
Make sure push notifications are turned off for calendars, reminders, to-do list, etc.
Set up focus time to correspond with working hours
Unsubscribe (from texts, emails, etc)
