Expert Guidance Right When They Need It

THE BOOST Program FOR YOUNG ADULTS

BOOST is an abbreviated version of our young adult intensive program, LAUNCH, and supports young adults ages 18-26 who need extra guidance developing independent living skills and moving academic or career goals forward.

This 12-week program is designed for those who need higher-level academic interventions, are ready to explore career options and learn job readiness skills, and ultimately desire to move toward a more confident, autonomous life.

Our expert coaches provide your young adult with critical support in developing executive function skills and building a support network for them to prepare to launch their career. Two facilitated family meetings help with goal setting and alignment and enable parent involvement at scheduled intervals.

We operate on a rolling admission program with limited spots available.
Applications open December 1st

Spring Program runs
March 3rd - May 23rd

HOLISTIC SUPPORT
FROM EF EXPERTS

When your young adult needs higher-level academic support or guidance on their career interests and goals, it’s tough to know how to best help them without stifling their burgeoning independence.

If you’re feeling worried about their academic trajectory or concerned they need more supportive career exploration & guidance for their future, we can help!

REAL WORLD RESULTS

  • After the launch program, I was impressed how dedicated he was; I had seen him start out very enthusiastically before, then lose interest and give up. As the weeks passed, he didn’t fade or lose interest. He made the daily effort to keep things going, even when he wasn’t feeling good.

    LAUNCH Parent

  • The LAUNCH program has helped give him the support and structure to get unstuck and start movement towards a goal -- simply by beginning with the identification of a goal.
