The Launch Program is an intensive program for young adults who are deeply struggling to access motivation for their short or long-term goals.

Our comprehensive program provides a high level of support to achieve academic & career readiness, develop crucial life skills, improve challenging family dynamics, and help young adults, ages 18-26, move toward an autonomous, confident life.

The LAUNCH program will equip your young adult with the skills they need to become functional and independent.

  • Our LAUNCH coaches are knowledgeable, compassionate, and effective expert Executive Function Skills coaches who specialize in supporting 18-26 year-olds in their transition to adulthood.

  • We partner with you and your young adult’s support team to clarify goals, provide expert, compassionate support & teach the skills that are needed for your young adult to be successful.

    1. Submit an inquiry form and schedule a discovery call;

    2. Fill out an application form;

    3. If accepted into the program, sign the program contract and get set up with a payment plan;

    4. Schedule a family welcome call with a LAUNCH coach;

    5. Complete virtual orientation offerings before the end of July;

    6. Schedule the first family check-in for mid-August;

    7. Program kickoff beginning of August;

    8. Core programming (Fall/Winter);

    9. Schedule second family check-in for October;

    10. Final family check-in scheduled in early December;

    11. End of Program Networking Event;

    12. Graduation and certificate presentation;

    13. Post-Launch parent + young adult transition support.

  • Career and Strengths Assessment & Analysis: Comprehensive report detailing occupations aligned with individual strengths + career interests

    Networking Event with Local Employers: Opportunity to practice and refine elevator pitch showcasing background, career interests + future goals through informational interviews and job fairs.

    Local Cohort Meet-ups: Opportunity for social skill development + engagement with peers outside of the program depending on the location of cohort members.

    Job Readiness & Academic Preparedness Curriculum: Designed to meet the individual needs + goals of each client

    Semester-long Project: Practice and implement executive function skills in a creative project with the support of mentor meetings

    Job Fairs: Receive up-to-date notices on job fairs to practice talking with employers + learn about current job offerings

  • Two asynchronous orientation courses = $700

    Three young adult and guardian coach-facilitated meetings = $1,200

    Up to three hours of individual and group coaching per week for twenty weeks = $17,000

    Individualized check-ins per week = $2,500

    Thirty minutes of parent support per week for twenty weeks = $3,300

    Monthly parent group coaching = $1,250

    Two hours of individual or group project mentoring a month = $500

    Career and skills assessments, analysis, and coaching = $4,500

    Collaboration with young adult support network (i.e. mental health providers) = $500

  • We select guest mentors and presenters tailored to the unique needs and interests of each cohort. We personalize these presentations to ensure that participants receive the most relevant and individualized support, maximizing the value of the program for each participant.

  • Participants will get the chance to work individually or in teams on a Shark Tank-style project. Each participant will be paired up with an expert executive function coach to help mentor and guide them through the project throughout the program. The project is designed to help students practice executive function skills by breaking things down into manageable steps. At the end of the program graduation ceremony, participants will present their projects.

  • 100% of LAUNCH participants graduate and recommend the program!
