BOOST Your Young Adult's Success: A Structured Program for Academic and Career Confidence

Is your young adult slipping in their effort, focus and motivation to be successful in their college coursework?

Are they…

  • Losing track of assignment deadlines?

  • Receiving penalties for tasks submitted late?

  • Reluctant to utilize campus resources?

  • Close to academic warning/probation?

Do you have a young adult struggling to progress with a clear career path?

Are they…

  • Hesitant to start with the career exploration process?

  • Unclear on the tools available to explore their careers of interest and related occupation information?

  • Feeling overwhelmed at researching job databases and submitting applications?

  • Unsure how to highlight their skills & strengths when talking to potential employers?

Sounds like your young adult may need a BOOST – and LifeSolved Coaching has a structured, supportive program designated for young adults that need that little extra boost to push their academic or career goals forward!

BOOST is a 12-week program, running from March 3rd - May 23rd, geared towards young adults, ages 18-26

With weekly, structured cohort meetings and individual sessions with one of our expert Executive Function coaches, your young adult will have the opportunity to develop and practice their executive function & independent living skills, and acquire insight on themselves + tangible strategies to help improve upon their academic or career trajectory.

BOOST’s curriculum will begin with a deep dive into the purpose, use and implementation of executive function & independent living skills – time management, routine + habit building, task initiation, resilience, self-advocacy and planning + organization.

Halfway through the program, the young adults will be able to redirect their focus and attention to their individual goals – academic or career specific.

  • The academic preparedness curriculum will highlight academic success strategies – study preparation, writing support, note-taking strategies and navigating utilizing campus resources.

  • The career exploration curriculum will highlight job readiness strategies – occupation exploration, career mapping, crafting an elevator pitch and interview preparation.

If you are feeling worried about your young adult's future plans, look no further than LifeSolved’s Coaching BOOST program. Their academic and career success is within reach – let us help BOOST them forward to be confident, independent & prepared.
